Our Services

  • I offer individual therapy for adults (18+).

Therapy offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yourself and with the people in your life. It is a space for insight, reflection, and meaningful change. Healing through relationship is a fundamental part of being human, and it is at the core of how I practice. My approach is compassionate, thoughtful, and direct. Together, we create a space where you can show up honestly, be challenged when needed, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

I enjoy working with clients who are emotionally courageous and willing to engage in the hard, honest work of growth. I will sit with you in discomfort and grief. I will also challenge you to turn insight into action. I work best with clients who are motivated and ready for meaningful change.

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and drawn to lives shaped by creativity, passion, politics, and deeper questions about meaning and purpose.

  • I support couples in strengthening communication and boundaries, deepening intimacy, and building connection in a way that reflects your shared and individual values. This work is not about fitting into a prescribed model, but about creating a relationship that works for you.

I am well versed in discussing issues related to the intersections of privilege and oppression and make space for these difficult conversations to take place therapeutically. Speaking directly to issues such as differences in class, race, gender, size, ability, and spiritual tradition can be complicated and bring up a lot of pain in relationships, as well as offer opportunities to grow and heal.

I have worked extensively with couples rebuilding trust after infidelity. I also specialize in working with couples experiencing infertility.

I work with individuals in relationships of all kinds, but I specialize in working with relationships that are alternative, ethically non-monogamous (ENM), or polyamorous. I also specialize in helping couples talk about sex, sexuality, sexual dysfunction, ENM, kink, and BDSM. Please note, I do not specialize or work with sexual addiction.

I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to explore what is happening in your relationship. Together, we will work towards greater awareness of relationship patterns and cycles. This creates more choice in how you respond to conflict and more opportunity to meet one another’s needs in meaningful ways.

  • Many consultants speak from theory. My work is grounded in lived organizational experience: as an Executive PIO, a consultant managing multimillion-dollar budgets, a nonprofit founder, an entrepreneur, and practicing clinician. That combination creates a unique perspective that bridges mental health, organizational leadership, and real-world systems in ways most advisors simply cannot offer.

My practice serves organizations navigating complex human dynamics: reputational challenges, internal culture shifts, leadership development, and supporting staff through high-stress environments. Work may include strategic crisis communication and public-facing messaging guidance, as well as consultation during periods of transition or organizational strain.

Leadership teams can also partner on building cultures that function inclusively in practice, not just on paper. This involves assessing systems, refining communication strategies, and helping leaders create environments where staff feel genuinely supported, respected, and equipped to do their best work.

In addition to consulting, speaking engagements, trainings, and workshops are available on mental health, organizational wellbeing, crisis response, and inclusive leadership. Sessions are grounded in real-world application and tailored to your organization's needs, whether for a conference, staff retreat, or internal training.

This is not checkbox work. It is thoughtful, direct, and designed to create meaningful, lasting change. If you are looking for consultation that integrates clinical insight with real-world experience, this is where that work begins.
