THERAPY FOR ALL IN RALEIGH, NC

Find your direction.

You don’t need more insight.
You need a way forward.

BOOK AN INITIAL SESSION

You’re capable, reliable, and the one others turn to.

You've probably already done a lot of work on yourself — read the books, tried therapy before, and you can name your patterns. And still, you find yourself in them.

At a certain point, insight alone stops being enough. Understanding something in your mind and actually shifting it in your body are two very different things.

At The Wilde Compass, therapy is rooted in the belief that healing happens through both mind and body. Using a trauma-informed, holistic, and multicultural approach, our work focuses on helping you move out of chronic stress, anxiety, and over-functioning and into a more grounded, connected way of living.

You might be here because of:

  • Infertility and reproductive stress

  • Navigating identity or relationships outside the norm

  • Over-giving until there's nothing left

  • Anxiety and chronic stress

  • Burnout and over-functioning

  • Relationship patterns that keep repeating

I work with adults and couples who are holding a lot, often in high-stress environments, and are ready for meaningful change in how they live, work, and relate.

This is an inclusive space. We take into account the full context of your life, including identity, culture, and the systems you’re living inside of. You don’t have to translate yourself to be here.

All are welcome.

Therapy for body & mind

Talking about what’s happening is part of it. But we also pay attention to how it shows up in your body, your nervous system, and your day-to-day life. That’s usually where things start to shift.

Jamie L. Chachere, EdD, LCMHC

Therapy is deeply personal, and fit truly matters more than anything else. And I know I am not the right fit for everyone.

My work is direct, relational, and grounded in both clinical training and lived experience. I show up as an active partner in sessions, deeply invested in your growth and wellbeing.

You'll likely find I'm a good fit if you want:

  • somatic, body-based approaches to change

  • practical tools alongside deeper emotional exploration

  • support shifting nervous system patterns.

Also, I have been told I am pretty funny.

If something here resonates, it’s worth paying attention to. Therapy is not about fixing what’s wrong. It’s about changing how life is experienced from the inside out.
